How it works

Four steps to your first automation

There is nothing to install on a server and no data to migrate: you start with an empty account and the catalogue fills as you work.

  1. Step 1: Create your account

    Registering creates your user and starts the 7-day trial of the Basic plan. No card is requested.

    When the trial ends the account moves to the Free plan, with no charge.

  2. Step 2: Install the Chrome extension

    The extension adds a floating button on Vinted pages, extracts listing data and opens the panel from there.

    Works on Chrome, Edge, Brave and Opera.

  3. Step 3: Connect your Vinted account

    You authorise the connection from the panel. The session token is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it is stored.

    You can add several accounts and disconnect them whenever you want.

  4. Step 4: Configure your automations

    Set the rules for relisting, offer responses and messages. The server runs them in the background with a date and a priority.

    You can test them in dry-run mode before turning them on.

How does Visted work?

Visted is a web dashboard that connects to your Vinted account, plus a Chrome extension that integrates into Vinted pages. From the dashboard you manage inventory, schedule relists, answer messages, define rules for offers and review your accounting.

Is connecting my Vinted account safe?

Vinted session tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, and passwords are held as bcrypt hashes, never in plain text. Each account’s data stays separate from other users’, and you can disconnect an account from the dashboard whenever you want.

Does Vinted allow tools like this?

Vinted does not publish an API for this kind of management, and Visted is not affiliated with Vinted. Using third-party tools is still subject to Vinted’s terms and can affect your account, so it is worth reading them. To keep request volume down, Visted applies rate limits and a cap on actions per run and per day in every automation.

What do I need to get started?

Four steps: create your account, install the Chrome extension, connect your Vinted account from the dashboard, and configure your automations. You can test each rule in dry-run mode before turning it on.

Can I manage several Vinted accounts?

Yes, within your plan’s limit: 1 account on Free and Basic, 3 on Premium and 10 on Ultimate. Each account keeps its own automation settings and its own statistics, and you can switch between them without signing out.

Which browsers are supported?

The extension runs on Chromium-based browsers: Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Brave and Opera. There is no published version for Firefox or Safari.

How does the free trial work?

Pick Basic, Premium or Ultimate and start a 7-day trial of that plan. A card is required to start it, but nothing is charged during the seven days. When the trial ends it converts automatically to an annual subscription of the plan you chose, and the annual price is charged at that point. Cancel before the trial ends and you are not charged.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. There are no contracts and no minimum term. You can cancel from your control panel. Cancelling during the trial means no charge; cancelling later keeps your plan active until the end of the period you already paid for.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Account data is kept while the account is active. If you delete the account it is erased, except for records the law requires us to keep, such as accounting records. You can disconnect a Vinted account at any time to revoke its session credentials.

What support does each plan include?

The Free plan has community support. Basic adds email support, and Premium and Ultimate include priority support. For sales or account questions, write to us from the contact page.
