Terms of Service

1. What this contract covers

These terms govern the relationship between [RAZÓN SOCIAL] (referred to as “Visted”) and the person who creates an account and uses the service (referred to as “you”).

Visted is a management and automation tool for Vinted sellers. It includes a web dashboard and a Chrome extension that integrates with Vinted pages. From the dashboard you can manage inventory, schedule relists, reply to messages, set rules for offers, import and export data, process images and review statistics and accounting.

By creating an account you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

2. Account and eligibility

• You must be of legal age and able to enter into a contract.
• You must provide a valid email address and verify it. Without verification the service features cannot be used.
• You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.
• You may only connect Vinted accounts you own. Connecting third-party accounts without their express permission is not allowed.
• Your account details must be accurate and kept up to date.

3. Relationship with Vinted

Visted is not affiliated with, associated with or endorsed by Vinted. Vinted is an independent service and its use is governed by its own terms, which you can find on its website.

You should be clear about this: Visted performs automated actions on your Vinted account. Some platforms restrict or prohibit certain forms of automation. You decide to use the tool, and you are responsible for checking that your use complies with Vinted's terms and applicable law. Visted cannot guarantee that Vinted will permit a particular action or that it will not take measures against your account (warnings, restrictions or suspension). We are not responsible for those decisions, which are Vinted's alone.

The product includes a dry-run mode so you can test a rule without acting on your account. We recommend using it before enabling any automation.

4. Plans, prices and limits

The available plans and their prices are as follows. Prices are shown in euros.

Each plan also sets a maximum number of Vinted accounts, AI operations per month, CSV import rows, automations and scheduled tasks. Those limits are enforced by the service and detailed on the pricing page. If you reach a limit, the corresponding feature stops running until you change plan or the next period begins.

Prices include applicable taxes where the checkout process says so. The exact amount, including taxes, is shown before you confirm the purchase in Stripe.

5. 7-day free trial

Creating an account automatically starts a 7-day trial with the features of the Basic plan. The trial is created on Visted's server and requires no card: no payment details are requested at sign-up, so there is no charge you could forget to cancel.

When the trial ends, the account returns to the Free plan at no charge. Nothing is charged automatically and no paid subscription is created: on expiry we email you a payment link in case you want to subscribe, and if you do not use it the account stays on Free. To use a paid plan you must subscribe explicitly, and at that point the charge is immediate: the Stripe checkout has no trial period.

You may cancel the trial before it ends from your account; in that case no payment link is sent and no amount is generated. The trial is granted once per user account: you cannot re-activate it with the same email address.

6. Payments, renewal and cancellation

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. When you subscribe to a paid plan you authorise the charge on the payment method you provide. Visted does not store card numbers.

Renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period unless you cancel. The charge is made to the same payment method unless you update it.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time from your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for: you keep access until that date and no further charge is made. Periods already started are not refunded, except as set out under the right of withdrawal.

Plan changes

You can move up or down between plans from your account. The change applies as Stripe states when you confirm it, with the corresponding proration.

Failed payments

If a charge is declined we will notify you by email. If the failure persists, the account may move to the Free plan or be suspended until it is settled.

7. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days of entering into it, without giving any reason.

If you request immediate access to the paid service and use it during that period, withdrawal may require payment for the service already provided, in accordance with Article 103(a) of the Spanish Consolidated Consumers and Users Act.

To exercise it, write to support@visted.es before the period expires. The free trial creates no amount to refund.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use Visted to:

• Carry out unlawful activity or infringe third-party rights.
• Circumvent the technical limits of Vinted or Visted, or attempt to access another account's data.
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the service without written permission.
• Run load tests, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract data from the platform, unless the law expressly permits it.
• Send malicious content, spam, or material that breaches data protection law.
• Automate actions on Vinted accounts that are not yours.

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Where possible and where there is no immediate risk to the service or to third parties, we will warn you first and give you the chance to correct it.

9. Intellectual property

Visted, its code, its interface and its documentation are owned by [RAZÓN SOCIAL]. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service while your subscription is active.

The data you enter (listings, photos, text, messages) remains yours. You grant us only the technical licence needed to store it, process it and sync it with Vinted in order to provide the service.

10. Availability and support

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or a specific response time. The service depends on third parties (Vinted, Stripe, AI providers, the infrastructure provider) whose changes or outages may affect it.

Support level depends on the plan: community on Free, email on Basic, priority on Premium and premium on Ultimate. The exact channels and times are shown on the pricing page.

We may carry out scheduled maintenance. Where it involves a significant interruption we will give notice in advance whenever possible.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Visted's total liability arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to it.

We are not liable for indirect damage, loss of profit, data loss resulting from actions performed by third parties, or decisions Vinted takes about your account.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law mandatorily grants to consumers, or liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Suspension and termination

You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Doing so cancels the subscription and deactivates the account.

We may suspend or cancel your account if you breach these terms, if there is prolonged non-payment, or if your use puts the service or other users at risk. Except in cases of serious breach or immediate risk, we will warn you first.

If we cancel the service without any breach on your part, we will refund the proportional part of the unused period.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or in the law. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable notice by email or through a notice on the site. If you disagree, you may cancel before they take effect. The last updated date appears at the top of the page.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law.

If you act as a consumer, you may bring proceedings in the courts of your place of residence. If you act as a business or professional, the parties submit to the courts of [CIUDAD DE JURISDICCIÓN], waiving any other jurisdiction that might apply.
